As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for staff and visitors. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, visitors, and patients.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare personnel and others on-site to address security-related concerns and support a welcoming environment.
