As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent healthcare location, you will conduct regular patrols and maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Requirements
- Be at least 21+ years of age.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Monitor for unusual activity or situations that may require intervention and report findings in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
- Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of location-specific rules and regulations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, patients, and visitors to support a secure and welcoming environment.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities as required.
