As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Driver in Roseville, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind for staff, patients, and visitors. You will remain visible, deliver exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly while supporting access control. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within the healthcare location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and site protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities, including guiding individuals to designated areas and supporting healthcare staff as required.
Communicate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and first responders as necessary to relay information and coordinate support.
