As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a government healthcare location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting a welcoming environment. Requirements

Applicants must be vaccinated as required for hospital environments.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the government facility to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.
Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and suspicious activities according to established protocols.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary to support incident response and resolution.
Assist with site access control, visitor management, and enforcement of location-specific rules and regulations.
