As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a healthcare location, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a reassuring presence. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Help to deter unwanted activity by conducting regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter, observing for unusual or suspicious behavior.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned area to help promote a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal management and/or site leadership.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and authorization of individuals entering restricted areas as required by site policies.
Collaborate with healthcare personnel and local authorities as needed to address security-related concerns and support emergency response efforts.
