You will greet employees, drivers, and visitors, confirm credentials, manage entry points, and document arrivals and departures to support security-related operations. You will stay visible, communicate clearly, and help reduce incidents through professional presence and timely reporting. Requirements
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders at a logistics and distribution location.
- Control access at entry points by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, verifying appointments, and directing foot and vehicle traffic to approved areas.
- Monitor inbound and outbound activity including deliveries, trailers, and gate transactions, and complete shift reports and required logs.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, dock areas, parking lots, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance and security-related concerns.
