As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Associate in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring a caring, reliable approach, work as part of a team, and act with integrity while contributing to a welcoming community environment.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Meet licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, which may be required prior to employment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, amenities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
  • Monitor access to the property by observing entry and exit activity, assisting with visitor-related protocols, and helping to deter unauthorized persons from restricted areas.
  • Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, communicating with residents and property staff, and following Allied Universal post orders and client-directed procedures.
