As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping manage visitor access, verifying credentials, and monitoring activity through cameras and front desk systems. You will document security-related events, coordinate with site staff and/or emergency responders as needed, and deliver clear, professional communication. Requirements

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk while following site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a financial services location.
• Control access by verifying identification, managing sign-in and badge issuance, and directing authorized visitors to designated areas while helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control panels, and report unusual activity according to post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and supporting emergency response activities as directed.
• Complete required documentation such as visitor logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.
