As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact, providing a welcoming presence and delivering exceptional customer service. You will monitor access, assist visitors, and help to deter security-related incidents while utilizing technology such as computers or tablets. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, staff, and guests by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.
Assist with emergency response activities and/or evacuations when appropriate, following direction from Allied Universal and site leadership.
Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior at the location.
