As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for residents and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access to the building, verifying identification, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. By maintaining a strong presence at the front desk, you help to deter security-related incidents and support a positive atmosphere. You will interact with a diverse group of people, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the values of teamwork, integrity, and reliability that define Allied Universal. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
  • Availability across various days and shifts

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor access to the residential location, verifying identification and/or credentials as required.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual activities, or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with visitor management, including logging guests and notifying residents as needed.
  • Support Allied Universal management with emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Maintain a professional presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or undesirable behavior.
