Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a leading financial institution location. Your role involves monitoring access, greeting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will uphold our core values by acting with integrity and fostering a welcoming environment, making a positive impact on everyone who enters the facility.

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
Monitor access control at the front desk, verifying identification and credentials for employees, visitors, and vendors entering the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel and/or law enforcement when necessary.
Assist with visitor management, including registration, badging, and directing guests to appropriate areas within the location.
Support emergency response activities as needed, including communicating with building management and Allied Universal supervisors.

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
