As a Front Desk Security Professional in an automotive location, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your role includes monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and assisting visitors, all while supporting a secure environment. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.
  • Monitor access to the front desk area at the auto location, greeting and assisting visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as appropriate according to established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and security-related incidents at the front desk.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding site-specific needs or concerns.
