As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your role involves greeting visitors, managing access, and providing exceptional customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner at the front desk of a technology and media location.
Monitor access control systems and verify identification to help to deter unauthorized entry to the premises.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and procedures.
Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.
Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Provide customer service by answering inquiries and directing individuals to appropriate locations within the facility.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures for the location.
