Job Description As a Security Officer - Front Desk Specialist in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and tenants. You will help to deter security-related incidents by managing access points, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

Applicants must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

A guard card or license is preferred.
Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors and employees at the front desk, providing professional customer service as a representative of Allied Universal.
Monitor access to the building by verifying identification and credentials, helping to deter unauthorized entry into the location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm and problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures.
Document and report any security-related activities, observations, or incidents as required by site policies.
Maintain awareness of surroundings at the front desk area and communicate any unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
Follow location-specific policies and procedures when addressing security-related matters and/or assisting with emergency response activities.
Provide information and assistance to tenants, vendors, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
