As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, helping to foster a welcoming and secure environment. Your role involves monitoring entry points, assisting with inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. By remaining present and attentive, you help to deter security-related incidents while upholding Allied Universal's values of integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and/or credentials of individuals entering the premises.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required.
Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and/or staff, addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information as needed.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed, coordinating with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities if necessary.
