Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control responsibilities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.
Monitor the front desk area, verify visitor and vendor information, manage sign-in and/or access procedures, and communicate site protocols in a professional manner.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.
Observe and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters from the front desk post, helping to support daily operations within the community.
Answer phones, receive deliveries, maintain logs and/or reports, and provide general assistance with front desk operations in alignment with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.
