As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and communication. You will monitor entry points, check credentials, and help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 01:00 PM - 05:00 PM Tue 01:00 PM - 05:00 PM Wed 01:00 PM - 05:00 PM Thur 01:00 PM - 05:00 PM

Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials for all individuals entering the premises.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts as needed.
Maintain detailed logs and records of all visitor and contractor activity at the front desk.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols for the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members while stationed at the front desk.
Support efforts to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity at the entry point.

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
