You will help to deter security-related incidents through your professional presence, manage access control, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and credentials, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
Follow security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client site.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities and/or incidents that occur at the front desk.
Support emergency response activities based on site protocols, assisting with communication and coordination as required.
Communicate important information and/or updates to building management, Allied Universal, or emergency responders as appropriate.
Assist with visitor management systems and/or access control technology as required by the client site.
