As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will serve as the first point of contact, greeting employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy. Your responsibilities include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and responding to inquiries, all while helping to deter security-related incidents through your presence and attention to detail. You will represent Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and teamwork, creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting a secure environment through outstanding customer service and communication.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk location by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access to the facility by greeting and verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
Maintain detailed records of visitor and employee activity as required by site protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and procedures.
Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Assist with the implementation of security-related procedures designed to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activities within the manufacturing and industrial location.
Operate security-related technology and equipment, such as access control systems and surveillance cameras, as directed by site policies.
