As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact at the location, greeting visitors, assisting with access control, and addressing security-related concerns. Your presence will help to deter incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will utilize technology to manage entry and support a welcoming environment. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and managing visitor logs in accordance with site protocols.
Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries or concerns related to security-related matters.
Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or concerns according to company and site guidelines.
