As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and employees. Requirements

Have three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner while monitoring access to the location.
Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client instructions.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as necessary.
Assist with visitor registration and credential verification, helping to maintain accurate records of entry and exit.
Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting employees, visitors, and/or contractors as needed.
Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Support emergency response activities at the location when appropriate, following established protocols.
