As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while helping to deter security-related incidents. Your responsibilities include greeting visitors, monitoring entry points, and providing exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner while monitoring access to the location.
Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and/or the client.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance as needed.
Monitor visitor and employee traffic at the front desk, verifying credentials and logging information as required.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders to relay critical information when necessary.
Assist with emergency response activities in accordance with established protocols.
Document security-related incidents and observations accurately in daily activity reports.
