As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service while monitoring access and supporting security-related protocols. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining a visible presence and assisting with access control, all while embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach in a dynamic financial environment.

Requirements

Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access points and verify identification of individuals entering or exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site policy.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management to address inquiries and/or report concerns.
Assist with emergency response activities and provide support to visitors and staff during incidents as directed by site protocols.
