Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner at the front desk, providing assistance as needed.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies for the location.
• Monitor access to the premises, verifying identification and controlling entry to help to deter unauthorized individuals.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate personnel as necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and any security-related incidents.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and/or concerns from visitors and employees.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following Allied Universal protocols.
