Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and staff. You will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring access, assisting with badge control, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
Monitor access points and verify identification to help to deter unauthorized entry.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at the front desk.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required by site procedures.
Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal management and/or site personnel regarding security-related matters and emergencies.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols for the healthcare environment.
Address inquiries and provide directions or information to visitors and staff as appropriate.
