As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access control and badge processes. You will document observations, respond to concerns with calm professionalism, and deliver customer-focused service through clear communication. Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points, observing for unusual activity, unsecured doors, and policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing initial assistance and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying identification, controlling visitor access, and directing individuals to appropriate areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and service calls in written and/or electronic logs, completing reports with clear, accurate details and communicating key information during shift transitions.
