As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will document activity, communicate clearly with site teams, and respond to concerns with strong customer service. Requirements
- Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, contractors, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and manage visitor and delivery processes in accordance with post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations, notifying appropriate contacts, and assisting with scene control until additional resources arrive.
- Complete detailed reports and shift logs, communicate key information during shift transitions, and use surveillance systems and/or alarm panels where assigned to support security-related operations.
