As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated transportation locations to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing assigned duties.
Document and report incidents, observations, and any unusual circumstances according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel as needed during incidents at the transportation location.
Remain alert and attentive while on duty to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
