As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control and badge procedures, respond to questions with strong customer service, and communicate clearly with teams on site. Requirements

Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

CPR certification is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
Monitor access points such as lobbies, entrances, and restricted areas; assist with visitor management and direct guests to the appropriate areas per site procedures.
Observe and report unusual activity, suspicious persons, and/or potential hazards; notify site contacts and/or public responders as directed by post orders.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, disturbances, and/or alarms, following site-specific escalation procedures.
Complete required documentation such as activity logs, patrol reports, and incident reports with accurate details and timely submission.
Support facility operations by coordinating with building management and/or authorized staff on key control, access requests, and after-hours procedures as directed.
Operate and monitor security-related systems when assigned, such as CCTV, alarm panels, and access control systems, and report malfunctions per site procedures.
Provide a high-visibility presence during business hours and/or after-hours operations to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or trespassing.
Participate in briefings, follow post orders, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal supervision and site stakeholders to support consistent service delivery.
