As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to resident and guest concerns, and communicate clearly with your team and site contacts. Requirements

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies, including access control and visitor management as assigned.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate parties per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; report unusual activity and conditions.
• Monitor cameras, intercoms, gates, and/or other security-related equipment as assigned, and complete routine checks of doors, lighting, and access points.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate key information to Allied Universal supervision and oncoming officers.
