You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible to visitors and staff. Your role will involve providing outstanding customer service, clear communication, and contributing to a positive environment through teamwork and integrity. Requirements

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while performing patrols and other assigned duties.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and/or verifying credentials as required by site policies.
