As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting staff and visitors as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any unusual observations.
Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues according to Allied Universal procedures.
Support access control measures by verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as required by site policies.
Work collaboratively with site personnel and local authorities during emergency situations and/or drills.
