As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and assist visitors and staff with inquiries. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Alarm panel experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Document and communicate any observed irregularities, incidents, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and authorized areas within the property.
Support Allied Universal management and client representatives with security-related requests as directed.
