As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will assist with access control, respond to requests, document observations, and communicate clearly with teams and visitors. Requirements

• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with sign-in procedures, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues through established channels.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, alarms, and/or disturbances, and request additional resources when needed.
• Complete detailed shift activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as required.
