As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout a busy logistics and distribution location. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain security-related protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and/or delivery personnel with access procedures in accordance with site-specific policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
Maintain accurate logs and reports of all access control activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures.
Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and site leadership regarding any security-related issues or incidents.
Support the implementation of security-related procedures unique to logistics and distribution environments, including monitoring movement of goods and personnel.
