As a Front Desk Security Officer at a leading automotive location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting employees while monitoring access to the premises. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity and provide assistance as needed.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including alerting appropriate personnel and guiding individuals as needed.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to address questions, concerns, and provide directions.
