As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a welcoming presence and delivering outstanding customer service. You will monitor access, manage badges, and support security-related operations at the location. Requirements

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location, verify identification, and assist with visitor management in accordance with established protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and site instructions.
Document and report security-related incidents or unusual activities to appropriate personnel as required.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment at the front desk.
