As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting and assisting guests while maintaining a professional presence. Your role will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and responding to security-related inquiries. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including greeting visitors and assisting with access control.
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons at the location to help to deter unauthorized access.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter potential security-related issues and assist individuals as needed.
Document daily activities and any incidents in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
