Requirements

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk in a retail location.
Monitor access and manage visitor and employee entry and exit at the front desk, following established protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as necessary according to site procedures.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a point of contact for inquiries.
Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activity, or maintenance issues observed from the front desk position.
Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following instructions from Allied Universal and site leadership.
