As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support tenants and guests with customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting, while using teamwork and integrity to respond to alarms and access activity. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and tenants at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
- Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions; help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior through visible presence and timely reporting.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with alarms, disturbances, medical situations, and/or property-related concerns as directed by site procedures.
- Document patrols, incidents, and maintenance or hazard observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
