As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and staff, and provide outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. Requirements

At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disturbances and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.
Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft attempts, or unusual activity, according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with team members and site representatives to address security-related concerns and support daily operations.
Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as per Allied Universal and client requirements.
