As an Allied Universal Security Professional at a logistics and distribution location, you will focus on access control and security-related patrols, helping to deter incidents and maintain a secure environment. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and drivers with security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or breaches according to Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, working with site personnel and first responders when appropriate.
• Maintain a visible presence at access control points to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment.
