As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. You will conduct regular patrols, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication and a visible presence. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Requirements

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues.
Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and report irregularities as observed.
Report and document any unusual occurrences, hazards, or suspicious activities encountered during patrols.
Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as required.
Assist with access control and/or visitor management processes as directed by site-specific procedures.
Support the overall security-related operations of the manufacturing and industrial location by maintaining a visible presence and responding to requests for assistance.
