As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols and visible presence checks, monitor activity, and respond to security-related incidents with clear communication and strong customer service. You will document observations and use computer and/or tablet tools to support reporting. Requirements

Have at least 2+ years of security-related experience.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21+ years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the financial institution interior, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas, verifying authorization and/or identification as required by site-specific policies.
Maintain a visible presence in public areas such as the lobby, customer waiting areas, vestibules, and parking areas to support an orderly environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disturbances, alarms, and/or medical emergencies, and request additional assistance when needed.
Observe and report unusual conditions, potential hazards, and/or security-related concerns, and communicate timely information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
Complete accurate reports for incidents, patrol activities, and/or unusual events in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal standards.
Support opening and/or closing procedures as directed, including conducting walkthroughs and confirming doors, gates, and other access points are secured per site policy.
Operate security-related equipment and systems as assigned, such as radios, CCTV monitors, access control devices, and/or alarm panels, and report malfunctions promptly.
Assist with de-escalation by using professional communication, maintaining appropriate distance, and coordinating response with site staff and/or local responders as needed.
