You will monitor systems, track patrol activity, route calls for service, document incidents, and communicate clearly with onsite teams and property staff. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, offering a fast paced role where agility, teamwork, and integrity matter.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of security experience is required.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, tenants, and visitors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor alarms, access control activity, and camera systems as assigned, documenting events and notifying appropriate personnel per post orders.
• Receive calls for service and radio traffic, dispatching officers and/or maintenance and management contacts to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Coordinate responses to incidents such as unauthorized access, disturbances, and fire or trouble alarms, assisting with notifications to local emergency services when required.
• Complete accurate reports and logs, maintain shift activity records, and communicate key information to Allied Universal leadership and oncoming shifts.
