As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
CPR or first aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to support a secure environment.
Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site procedures.
