As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that may help to reduce security-related incidents. You will support access points, observe and report concerns, and deliver helpful customer service through clear communication. Requirements

Be 21+ years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

CPR Certification preferred.
Access Control/Badge Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the lobby, drive-up and/or ATM areas, offices, parking areas and the perimeter, monitoring for unusual activity and reporting concerns per post orders.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disputes, medical events and/or suspicious activity, and request assistance as needed.
Control access to restricted areas and support orderly movement of employees, vendors and visitors by verifying authorization and documenting activity in the required logs and/or systems.
Complete routine reports and timely notifications for incidents, patrol findings and/or client requests, helping to deter theft, vandalism and other policy violations.
