As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will help maintain a secure environment through visible foot patrols, routine patrol checks, and prompt reporting of security-related concerns. You will greet staff and visitors, provide clear communication, and support daily operations with a customer-first approach. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma/GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout interior areas such as lobbies, corridors, offices, and parking areas, as well as exterior perimeter checks as assigned.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, reporting concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues to the appropriate contacts in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, documenting details, and notifying site leadership and/or emergency services when required.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate shift updates to Allied Universal leadership and oncoming personnel.
