As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to reports, support access control, and provide clear communication and customer service to staff and visitors. Requirements

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, alarms, suspicious activity and/or customer concerns.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Monitor access points and public areas, verify identification and/or visitor purpose when required, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or prohibited items.
Complete written and/or electronic reports such as daily activity logs, incident reports and shift handoff notes, and communicate observed conditions to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
