As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will complete routine patrols, remain highly visible, and help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will monitor activity, support access control and badge procedures, and communicate clearly with staff and visitors. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license, offering an agile, reliable, innovative team environment where integrity and a caring culture come first. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $17.31 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Thur 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
Be 21+ years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, lobby areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and observe activity for irregularities; report concerns according to post orders and communicate with site contacts as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification to Allied Universal leadership and/or site management.
Complete required reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity documentation in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
